7224: Connector to back plane: 24V-GND contact monitoring: Voltage too low

Description:
Runtime error if the 24V bus voltage is not measured on all backplane connectors of a module between the contacts 24V and GND.

Definition of backplane connector:
The backplane connector connects the power module with the DC bus and 24V rails, by tightening the module's lower mounting screws. A backplane connector contains 5 contacts: From top to bottom UDC+, UDC-, PE, 24V, GND.
Contact monitoring in the backplane connector is present on the following modules:
- Power supply modules 8BVPxxxxxxxx.xxx-x
- Inverter modules with at least 2 backplane connectors (e.g.: 8BVx0880xxxx.xxx-x).

Reaction:
When 'switch on controller' command:
See error number 4005.

When controller is active:
Inverter module: Movement stop by switching off the power element output stage and switching on the holding brake.
Power supply unit: Switching off the power element output stage.
The 'controller ready' state is reset.

Cause/Remedy:
If
- The green LED on the auxiliary supply module is lit and
- the 24V bus voltage is present:
Power module: Backplane connector contact problem: The 24V bus voltage cannot be transferred on at least one backplane connector. Check the module's lower mounting screws.
Power module: Evaluation circuit of the 24V contact monitor is defective. Replace power module.

If
- The green LED on the auxiliary supply module is lit and
- the 24V bus voltage is not present:
Auxiliary supply module: 24V output defective. Replace auxiliary supply module.

If
- only the red LED is lit on the auxiliary supply module,
- no LED lit on the inverter modules and
- 24V bus voltage is not present:
Auxiliary supply module: Backplane connector contact problem: The auxiliary supply module's backplane connector has no contact with the 24V rails. Check the module's lower mounting screw.
Auxiliary supply module: Module overload. Check current requirements.
Auxiliary supply module: Module defective. Replace auxiliary supply module.
24V-Bus: Short circuit between 24V- and GND-rail

If
- no LED lit on the auxiliary supply module,
- no LED lit on the inverter modules and
- 24V bus voltage is not present:
Auxiliary supply module: 24V output is not switched off: X1 connector CR_OK signal is missing: There is no 5V voltage difference on the X1 connector between CR_OK (Pin5/Pin6) and COM (Pin3 /Pin3). Check the X1 connector.
Power supply unit: CR_OK output defective. Replace power module.
Network: CR_OK output is not switched off because the mains is instable. Check the mains and DC bus voltage.
